| Synopsis

“The Weight of a Feather” is an intimate exploration of the connection between animals, humans, and the place we call home. By honoring animals in their life cycle and the gifts they give us after death, we learn about the history of conservation and the profound role feathers play in Native American cultural identity. This film celebrates how caring for others creates a circle of wholeness in our lives.

Filmed on location in Arizona by Bill Davis, and produced by Quantum Leap Productions, “The Weight of a Feather” features Liberty Wildlife, the Arizona Game and Fish Department, SRP, APS, The Peregrine Fund, Verde Canyon Railroad, and Tony Duncan, World Champion Hoop Dancer.
